We take a lot of pride in what we do, and that includes customer service. We've committed ourselves to do whatever it takes to make each and every customer completely satisfied. We simply refuse the corporate stance and deal with every customer as if you're our friends and neighbors. So if you're not grinning from ear to ear about a purchase you just made from us, say the word and we'll do our best to solve the problem. Placing An Order
To make sure you get your Hawg Wired right, we'll need to know the model, fairing style, and year of the motorcycle that the parts are intended for. If the information provided to us at the time of sale is incorrect, we can't guarantee the fit or correct function of the product sold. All prices are subject to change without notice.

Order Shipping
All orders are shipped by default via UPS Signature Required for delivery. Requests to release packages without a signature become the sole responsibility of the customer. Any lost or missing shipments will not be replaced by Hawg Wired. In other words, think twice before checking this box. Requests for special delivery (next day, 2nd day, etc.) will be shipped at an additional charge to the customer as quoted by UPS. Shipping charges are not refundable. Title of merchandise shipped passes to the customer upon delivery. All claims for damage or loss are to be made by the customer to the freight carrier. All shipping prices are subject to change on a daily basis without notice. Run of the mill sounding stuff, I know, but words to live by all the same.

ATTENTION CANADIAN CUSTOMERS
Canada Customs requires Canadian recipients to pay applicable duties and taxes on each shipment entering Canada. These charges may include PST, GST, HST, duties and other taxes of goods (e.g. excise tax). A brokerage fee is also charged to process shipments and present the requisite customs paperwork to Canada Customs on the importer's behalf. Your order will be shipped under UPS's e-Tailer Brokerage Program (eBP), where eligible shipments imported into Canada are subject to applicable duties & taxes as well as an average of $10 flat brokerage fee ($4 USD entry prep fee and a $6 CAD bond fee on ground shipments or a $10 CAD bond fee on air shipments) for shipments valued below $200 USD. Additional fees will apply on shipments over this value. Shipments valued at $200 CAD and above and/or being imported to Canada for commercial purposes and/or subject to specialized clearance may incur additional fees. Please, be aware that UPS will request payment of these charges at the time of delivery.

You have the ability to call UPS ahead of time (1-800-742-5877) to pay these charges, eliminating the need for payment on delivery.

Back Orders
All back orders will be honored and held for 30 days. To cancel a back ordered item, notify Hawg Wired by phone or letter. All back orders will be shipped as soon as the item becomes available.

Product Warranty
Hawg Wired, Inc. will not be held responsible for incidental or consequential damages arising from or in connection with the uses of any products sold by Hawg Wired. Our guarantee is limited to replacement or repair of defective components up to 1 year from date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage caused by faulty installation, misuse, alteration or negligence.

Returns
All returns must be accompanied by a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by Hawg Wired to be accepted. All refund claims must be made within 30 days of the shipping date for consideration. A 10% re-stocking fee may be applied unless the return is a result of a defective product or an error on our part. Any refunded amount issued will not include the shipping charges. All warranty claims must be made within the products specific coverage period, and will be exchanged with like or better product only.

No packages will be accepted for return if shipped COD, or without a proper Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
