I purchased a set of these detents for my 2023 Road Glide, and after a couple of months, one of them failed and would no longer hold the saddlebag door open. I mentioned the issue in a comment on another post, and someone from Hawg Wired reached out and asked me to contact their customer service team.
I did, and the experience was excellent. They only asked for a few pictures to verify which version I originally purchased, and within three days I had a replacement set delivered to my doorstep—no hassle at all. It’s great to see a company stand behind its products with fast, responsive customer service. I’ll definitely continue doing business with Hawg Wired.

I had issues wiring it up but youd have to know me to understand reached out to hawg wired tech support they had me lined out in a matter of minutes and extremely easy to speak with real knowledgeable laid back fellas.
